This website has been designed to keep people informed of Information communication Technology (ICT) issues facing the world's youngest nation, East Timor. The site is intended to provide information about the future social enterprise—Tulun Dili—and its attempts to bridge the digital divide in East Timor.
The site features a section explaining the project, a page listing project sponsors and their logos, as well as a media room that hosts news items in text and audio format as well as images. Project participants can easily update the site's news section and introduce themselves through the 'participants' section.
Infoxchange designer created a unique logo for the project in consultation with the East Timorese students which blends in well with the colourful site design.
